There is an extremely high quality numerical library available 
for researchers in numerical analysis.  But it is not listed on 
that web page.  The numerical library is presented in the book:
    "A Numerical Library in C for Scientists and Engineers"
    by H. T. Lau,  published by CRC Press, Inc., 
    ISBN 0-8493-7376-X 
The book contains a CD with the complete source code.
This extensive library of computer programs allows researchers
to solve numerical problems in areas of linear algebra, ordinary 
and partial differential equations, optimization, parameter 
estimation, and special functions of mathematical physics.

It would be useful to include the information of this 
excellent library in your web page.
